The EquipmentShare team welcomed Justin this month as a Business Development Manager. We are excited about the positive impact he is going to make for our customers with his wealth of hire industry experience!

We asked him some rapid fire questions so you can get to know him.

What’s your background?

I have been in the hire industry for 11 years working in both operations roles and  business development.

Originally from the UK, I moved out to New Zealand a bit over 10 years ago now. I love it here and it is firmly my home.

What are you going to be up to for your first few months in the role?

I will be splitting my time between getting out to see our customers and getting up to speed with EquipmentShare's Track platform.

Technology is changing the way business is done across all industries and I am excited to be at the forefront of providing solutions for machinery management in the construction industry.

What are the values that drive you?

My Top 3 are:

Trust is earned, grown and maintained through great communication and taking ownership both when things go right and wrong. This applies to both internal and external relationships.

A core belief of mine is that building by pride and ownership in the company we will create the best outcomes for customers.

What is something that people in your industry have to deal with that you want to fix?

Being too quick to embrace the impossible, and not chase the possible.
